small_hyacithe.JPG (3698 bytes) Hyacinthe George was born in St. Lucia on September 11, 1949. He emigrated to St. Croix in 1969. He is married to Frances Victor and they have three children. Hyacinthe began working full time at St. Ann’s in 1977 and has served faithfully as a Pastoral Assistant to the present day.When he was ordained a Deacon in 1984, he became directly involved in sacramental ministry as well as a leader in the ministries of education and evangelization.

 Arnold Helenese was born in Trinidad, West Indies on July 31, 1938. He came to St. Croix, in 1969 and took up a position with Hess Oil in the engineering department. He eventually opened a Men’s clothing store, which he continues to manage to this very day. Arnold is married to Eastlyn  and they have two children. He was ordained a Deacon in 1984 and has served faithfully at St. Ann’s to the present day..

Joseph T. Mark was born on March 7, 1940 in Grenada, West Indies. He married Kathleen Pitt and moved to Jamaica, West Indies so that he could further his studies in microbiology. After receiving his degree, J. T. and Kate moved to St. Croix for his position at the local hospital where he is the Assistant Laboratory Director and also a part time instructor at the University of the Virgin Islands. J.T. and Kate have three children. He was ordained a Deacon in 1984 and continues to serve faithfully at St. Ann’s to the present day.

Norbert Xavier was born in Dominica, West Indies on June 12, 1931. He emigrated to St. Croix in 1956 and married Maudrie . They had nine children. Maudrie passed away in the Lord on January 3, 1997. Norbert was the Assistant Manager of Woolworth for many years. He presently works as a Lab Technician in the Forensic Department of our Public Safety Unit. He was ordained a Deacon in 1984 and has served at St. Ann’s faithfully to the present day.

DCP_1423.jpg (35677 bytes) Deacon Denis Griffith was born in St Lucia, W.I. on Dec 30, 1945.
His educational background includes Hull Univ, London, Eng., SyracuseUniv, N.Y., University of the V.I. St Croix, V.I. and he received hisDoctorate in Education from the University of Miami, in Florida. Deacon Griffith married Patricia and they have five children. They live on St Croix and he is the Chair of the Education Dept at UVI. Deacon Griffithwas ordained on June 29, 2002 and is assigned to St Ann's, Barrenspot.

DCP_1435.jpg (32757 bytes) Deacon Eugene Thompson was born on St Croix, V.I. on Jan 15, 1934.He obtained an Associates degree in Law Enforcement in Denver, Colorado.  Deacon Thompson married Marie in 1967 and they have one child. He retired as a Lt. in the Dept.of Public Safety and was ordained a Deacon on June 29, 2002. He is assigned to St Ann's, Barrenspot.
